  1. Put the beef and pork through a mincer, add the salt, pepper and caraway seeds.
  2. Transfer the mixture to parchment, shape it in a long loaf, tie up and boil.
  3. When done, cool it and place it under a light press.
  4. Before serving slice the loaf.
