Ingredients
- 1½ lb pork shoulder roast
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp celery seed
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon, ground
- ⅛ cup cider vinegar
- ¼ cup catsup
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp nutmeg, ground
- ¼ tsp sugar
- ½ cup water
- cider vinegar to taste
- Tabasco sauce to taste
Procedures
- Brown roast in a small amount of fat and place in a Dutch oven.
- Mix the in North Carolina, and, as far as we know, it is indigenous to that state.
