Oat Crackers
Ingredients
- 1½ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup wheat germ
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup oil
- ⅔ cup water
Procedures
- Mix dry and wet ingredients separately.
- Then combine them together.
- Roll out dough ⅛" thick onto an oiled cookie sheet.
- Score and bake at 325°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
