Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Mix the first four ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  2. Beat in the next four ingredients.
  3. Lightly oil a frying pan and spoon batter on by tablespoon turning when the top bubbles.
  4. The pancakes are great for lunch sandwiches too.
  5. The oatmeal ones are especially good with peanut butter.
