- Boil Oxtails And Onion For 3 1/2 Hours in Large Pot Until Meat Looks Like it is Falling Off The Bone.
- Add Cabbage.
- Dice carrots And potatoes And Add to Stew.
- Cook 30 Minutes Longer.
Serve Warm With bread.
Makes 4 Good Servings.
