PUMPKIN MUFFINS FROM HELEN KEMP

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 8 pack equal sweetener
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 7 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 2 egg
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 tbsp Raisins
Procedures
Spray 12 muffin tin with non fat spray. Mix all ingredients together. Fill muffin tin. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes. Weight Watchers Info: 6 muffins = 1 Bread, 1 Protein, 1 Vegetable, 1 Fat, 1 milk
