Palta con Crema de Salmon


Serves 8



  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove seed.
  2. Scoop out the flesh and mash with the lemon juice.
  3. Reserve empty skins.
  4. Add the salmon, green pepper, mayonnaise, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to mashed avocados.
  5. Mix well.
  6. In a bowl, lightly whip the cream and fold into the mixture.
  7. Fill the avocado skins with the mixture and refrigerate.
  8. Serve with lettuce leaves and toasts.
