  • Burger meat
  • egg
  • crackers
  • cheese


Procedures

  1. Use two eggs per pound of meat
  2. crumble crakers
  3. salt & peper to tast
  4. mix all ingredients with hands in large bowl
  5. divide into small or large sized burgers
  6. fry
  7. add cheese
  8. add toppings of choice
