Peach and Blueberry Crisp I

  • Makes 8 servings



  1. In a bowl, mix first 5 ingredients, set aside.
  2. In a 2nd bowl, stir flour and next 4 ingredients.
  3. Add brown sugar, stir.
  4. Add butter and mix to form crumbs.
  5. Spread peach blueberry mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle oat mixture on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly.
  8. Serve with whipped cream.
