Peanut Butter Pie I

• Yields 8 – 10 servings

Ingredients

Crust

• 1¼ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
• ¼ cup sugar
• ¼ cup butter or margarine melted

Filling

• 8 oz creamed cheese softened
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup whipped cream

Procedures

Crust

1. Mix the first 3 ingredients together.
2. Bake for 10 minutes.
3. Cool.

Filling

1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar,butter, vanilla until smooth, fold in whipped cream.
2. Gently spoon into crust.
3. Garnish with chocolate or cookie crumbs id desired.
4. Refrigerate.
