Peanuts-Nougat

Ingredients

• 1 pound of peeled, roasted peanuts, crushed or ground if you like
• 11/2 cups of Sugar
• lemon juice

Procedures

1. when Sugar gets brown add peanuts
2. stir together with a wooden spoon
3. poor the nougat on a greased tin and roll out to a thickness of half a centimetre
4. cut it in 5x5 centimetre squares, after cooling
