- Put the peas and peeled, seeded and sliced tomatoes in a pan with oil.
- salt and simmer, covered, shaking the pan every now and then.
- Add 1 – 2 tablespoons of water when needed.
- When the peas are done, add the chopped dill and parsley and simmer a few more minutes.
- Serve hot or cold.
