Cook Time: About an hour and 15 minutes total
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 cups chopped pecans
1.Beat egg white and flavoring together. Add sugar, beat until stiff.
2.Add nuts, stirring only until well-coated.
3.Drop from teaspoon onto baking sheet. Bake at 250° for 30 minutes.
4.Turn off oven and do not remove pecan kisses for an additional 30 minutes.
