Description
A speciality of Malaga - pitch black ice cream
Ingredients
- one liter of whole milk
- 200 ml of liquid cream
- 100 grams of sugar
- 200 grams of miel de caña (molasses)
Procedures
- Mix all together.
- Churn in ice cream maker (or freeze, stirring regularly).
