Great served over beef steak.
Ingredients
2-4 Tbs. peppercorns, ground
1/2 c.
unsalted butter
, cut into small pieces
1 c.
whipping cream
(or canned
cream
)
Procedures
Sauté peppercorns in small amount of
butter
; add
cream
and stir well, add remaining
butter
.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Pour over meat.
