Persian Cream with Pistachio Nuts

Ingredients
- 2 California avocados, halved and peeled
- ¼ Cup lime or lemon juice
- 1 ½ Cups confectioners Sugar
- 1 ½ Cups roasted shelled pistachio nuts
- 2 Tbsp creme de cacao
- 1 Cup heavy cream, whipped lime slices, for garnish
Procedures
Puree avocados with lime juice, Sugar, nuts and creme de cacao until smooth.
Fold into whipped cream
Spoon into serving dishes or into avocado shells.
