Pho Chay is a vegetable pho soup, that can be served hot.

  1. Soak the kombu and mushrooms for 3 hours in water.
  2. Add tea infuser, ginger and onions to the broth.
  3. Prepare the vegetables.
  4. Add soy sauce and seitan.
