Picook's Pesto Sauce

- 1 package basil
- 2 cups (+/-) olive oil
- 6 – 7 pine nuts
- 6 – 7 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- Put 1 cup of olive oil and all the other ingredients in the blender.
- Turn on the blender and add the remaining olive oil (just until it will start mixing).
- Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.
- Bon appetit.
