Procedures[edit]

  1. Sauce: Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Mix the vegetables together in a small bowl.
  3. Cut pita breads in half to form pockets.
  4. Spoon vegetable mixture into each pocket. Top with chick pea sauce.
