Plain Beef Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 2 lbs ground round Steak
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 3/4 cup Catsup
• 1 tsp accent seasoning
• 1/2 cup warm water
• 1 pckge onion soup mix

Procedures

1. Mix Soup Mix with water to dissolve completely.
2. Mix ingredients together and put into loaf pan.
3. Cover with 2 or 3 strips of Bacon.
4. Pour over loaf, 8 oz. can tomato sauce.
5. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
