Poppy Seed Egg Bread

This is a Beautiful Shaped And Tasty Loaf of bread. it Makes ExcellentToast. The Loaf Rose so Nice And Had Great Texture. i Used The DoughCycle
And Then Shaped And Let Rise Again in 9x5-Inch Loaf Pan. i Baked at 375?For 30 to 35 Minutes. i Got This Recipe From The Fresh From The OvenBreads & Rolls From Taste of Home Books. The Recipe Was Submitted by LorraineDarocha.
- 9x5-Inch Loaf
- 3/4 Cup water, 70 to 80?
- 1/4 Cup butter, Softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg Yolk
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons salt
- 1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
- 3 Cups bread flour
- 1 3/4 Teaspoons active dry yeast
If Available. Bake According to bread Machine Procedures Checking DoughAfter First 5 Minutes of Mixing. Make Any Necessary Adjustments.
