POTATO DUMPLINGS

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp white flour
• boiled potatoes
• a little salt
• sugar and cinnamon
• 2 eggs
• milk

Procedures

1. Mix white flour, boiled potatoes, a little salt, sugar and cinnamon.
2. The addition of an egg is optional.
3. Klimpor may also be cooked in milk.
