Potato Salad III

Description

In Romanian: Salata de cartofi III

Ingredients

• 14 oz / 400 g potatoes
• 2 onions
• 1 herring
• 2 oz / 50 g black olives
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• salt (if needed)

Procedures

1. Wash, boil, peel and let cool the potatoes.
2. Then slice and mix with the boned, desalted and thinly sliced herring, with the olives, chopped onions, oil and vinegar.
