Potatoes Baked in their Jackets

Ingredients

• 500 g potatoes
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 tablespoon salt

Procedures

1. Wash and brush the potatoes thoroughly.
2. butter a pan and place the potatoes in the oven dish.
3. Sprinkle the potatoes with salt, bake in the oven.
4. During baking you may brush the potatoes with melted butter.
5. Serve hot with butter, with salted herring, chive or spring onion dressing or with buttermilk.
