Chicken[edit]

  1. Clean chicken with lemon juice or vinegar and rinse with hot water.
  2. Season chicken with parsley, thyme, garlic, and adobe or preferred spices.
  3. Marinate over night or 3 – 4 hours.
  4. Boil chicken in a pot for 20 minutes.

Sauce[edit]

  1. Sauté onions and peppers in a pan for 1 minute.
  2. Bring water to a boil and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir and simmer sauce on low heat.

Assembly[edit]

  1. Brown chicken in pan with 2 tbsp oil.
  2. Simmer chicken in sauce or 10 – 15 minutes.
