  1. cream the butter with the Sugar and yolk, add milk, salt, baking powder and vanilla and mix well.
  2. Then add the flour, knead and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
  3. Shape pretzels out of this dough, roll them in egg white, then in sesame seeds, place on a baking sheet and bake at medium heat.
