Prime Rib Seasoning

This seasoning will elevate your rib roast to steakhouse quality. Oh, and don't let me start on how good this is on steak.

Ingredients

• 1 cup celery seed
• 1/4 cup salt
• 1/2 cup coarsely ground black pepper
• 1/4 cup coarsely ground coriander seed
• 2 tsp mesquite smoke powder
• 1/4 cup chipotle powder

Procedure

1. Combine all ingredients in an airtight container with a shaker lid.
