This is a blend that I always keep on hand.

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons cumin
• 1 tablespoon coriander
• ½ tablespoon fennel
• ½ tablespoon turmeric

Procedures

1. Grind together and store in airtight container out of direct sunlight.
