  1. Cook celery, onion, green pepper and shrimp in oil until vegetables are tender crisp and Shrimp are pink.
  2. Add Chinese vegetables, soup, soy sauce, pepper and pimientos. Heat until hot through.
  3. Serve over beds of fluffy rice and sprinkle with noodles.
