Radish and Orange Salad

  1. Shred radishes in a food processor or "grate" with a blender.
  2. Allow excess liquid to drain of and add salt to taste.
  3. Chill.
  4. Peel and slice oranges.
  5. Just before serving add the sugar, orange flower water and lemon juice.
  6. Arrange all together and dust with cinnamon.
