Raisin Jam
Description
This is a recipe my mom used to make when I was younger. It's simple and quick and quite a healthy treat.
Ingredients
- ½ lb raisins
- ¾ cup orange juice
Procedures
- Place orange juice and raisins in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Remove pot from stove and allow to cool.
- Place orange juice and raisin in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve on bread.
- Refrigerate remaining raisin jam.
