Ranch-style Rice Cakes

Ingredients

• 1 x 4-ounce package mini rice cakes
• 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
• 1 x 0.4-ounce envelope ranch salad dressing mix

Procedures

1. Place rice cakes in large plastic or paper bag.
2. Drizzle rice cakes with butter; add dressing mix and shake until well coated.
3. Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
