Raspberry Glaze

Ingredients

• 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
• ½ cup white port wine
• grated peel of 1 medium lemon

Procedures

1. In a saucepan, make the glaze by mixing together all of the ingredients and cooking for about 5 minutes over medium heat until the sauce is slightly thickened.
