Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Combine onions, garlic, bay leaf, red pepper, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce, sausage and beans in large saucepan or Dutch oven.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  4. Remove bay leaf.
  5. Serve rice over beans.
  6. Serve with hot pepper sauce, if desired.
