Remoulade Sauce I

• Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

• ⅔ cup catsup
• 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp celery, minced
• 1 tbsp parsley, minced
• ½ tsp dry mustard
• ½ tsp Tabasco sauce
• 1 tbsp green onion, minced

Procedures

1. Combine all ingredients and chill before serving with fresh boiled shrimp.
