Rice-stuffed Mushrooms

Description

Makes 24 Mushrooms.

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Remove stems, wash and dry mushrooms.
  2. Cook onion in butter in small skillet until tender, but not brown.
  3. Add rice, pecans, chili sauce, juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Press rice mixture in each mushroom cavity.
  5. Place mushroom caps on rack in broiler.
  6. Drizzle with melted butter and broil until golden brown.
