Salade Frisee
Ingredients
- 16 cups (loosely packed) frisee
- About ½ cup Champagne Vinaigrette
- 8 goat cheese cakes
- Crumbled crisp bacon pieces, for garnish
Procedure
- In a large mixing bowl, toss frisee with the Champagne Vinaigrette.
- Divide salad among 8 salad plates.
- Top each salad with a goat cheese cake.
- Garnish with crumbled bacon.
