Salade de Coquilles
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 8 tablespoons olive oil (½ cup)
- lemon juice (a few drops)
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt, pepper
- 2 cups pasta (sea shells), cooked
- ½ cup black olives
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, cut into quarters
- ½ can artichoke hearts, drained
