Salsa Criolla Cruda

Ingredients

• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• 2 Sticks celery, chopped
• 2 Medium onions, chopped
• 1 Green capsicum (sweet pepper), deseeded and chopped
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 120ml/4fl.oz. olive oil
• 120ml/4fl.oz. white wine vinegar
• 60ml/2fl.oz. water
• salt and pepper

Procedures

1. Place all the ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and mix well to thoroughly blend.
2. Chill until ready to serve.
