Description[edit]

Salsa Verde [1] [2] this is a tart and creamy salsa.

Ingredients[edit]

  • 1 ripe Hass avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 3 large tomatillos, husked and well washed
  • 1/2 serrano chile
  • 1 large clove garlic, peeled
  • 2 tbsp minced white onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped


Procedures[edit]

  1. Combine all ingredients and puree.
  2. Achieve a smooth consistency.
  3. Good to serve!
