Scalloped Meatballs

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients.
  2. Roll into balls.
  3. Brown in 1 tbsp margarine.
  4. Parboil carrots and potatoes in small amount of water, for 5 minutes.
  5. Drain.
  6. Combine sour cream, soup and paprika.
  7. Place meatballs in casserole dish.
  8. Add carrots and potatoes and top with soup mixture.
  9. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
