Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 of a tea-spoon of baking soda
- 5 eggs
- slightly more than a cup of water or milk
- a tea- spoon of salt.
- For frying: 1-2 cups of oil.
Procedures
- Of flour, eggs, baking soda, salt and milk dough is made; it is thinly rolled, cut lengthwise and fried in hot fat.
