Soup with Egg

Ingredients

• beef or poultry soup
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 egg

Procedures

1. Beat the egg and lemon juice in the soup bowl and pour the soup on top a little at a time, stirring continuously.
2. Serve with boiled rice.
