Soup with Rice

Description

In Romanian: Supa de orez

Ingredients

• beef or poultry soup
• ½ tablespoon rice for each person

Procedures

1. Pick over the rice, rinse in cold water and put in the soup to boil slowly until done, stirring from time to time.
2. The rice may be also boiled separately in water, then added to the soup after having been rinsed with cold water.
