Southwestern Chicken Pasta

  1. 1 tablespoon oil
  2. 1 lb Chicken breasts, cut up into small pieces
  3. 1 jar salsa con queso
  4. 1/3-1/2 cup milk
  5. penne Pasta


1. In a large saucepan, heat oil.

2. Add Chicken and cook until no longer pink.

3. Add queso and enough milk for desired consistancy.

4. Prepare Pasta according to directions.

5. Serve hot Chicken and sauce over Pasta.
