Special garlic Dressing from the Smoke House Restaurant From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"

Ingredients

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp dry mustard
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp msg (optional)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 egg yolk
• salt

Procedures

1. Mix mayonnaise mustard, sugar, msg, lemon juice, vinegar, pepper,garlic powder and egg yolk and season to taste with salt.
2. Whip well.
3. Chill dressing thoroughly.
4. Serve over green salad.
