Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

• 3 pkgs frozen spinach thawed and excess water squeezed out
• 1 lb cottage cheese
• ½ lb or more of sharp cheddar cheese
• 3 eggs
• 3 tbsp flour
• ¼ cup melted butter or margarine
• Salt and pepper to taste

Procedures

1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Cook in greased baking dish at 350 °F for one hour
