Strawberry Banana Yogurt Shake
Description
Makes 5 cups or 5 servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups cold skim milk
- 1 pack (4-serving size) Jell-O brand strawberry flavor sugar-free gelatin
- 1 carton (8 oz.) plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 large banana, cut into chunks
Procedures
- Pour milk into blender container.
- Add remaining ingredients; cover.
- Blend at high speed 30 seconds or until smooth.
