Crust
- 2 Cups Crushed Pretzels
- 6 Tbs unsalted butter, Melted
- 3 Tbs sugar
Filling And Topping
- 8 oz Pkg cream cheese
- 1 Cup sugar
- 10 oz Pkg Frozen Whipped Topping, Thawed
- 2 Pkgs 3 oz Each strawberry gelatin
- 2 Cups Boiling water
- 16 oz Pkg Frozen strawberries, Thawed
Heat Oven to 350 Degrees.* Crust---Mix Together Pretzels, butter And sugar. Coat a Baking Dish With cooking spray. Pat The Pretzel Mixture Into The Bottom of Dish. Bake 10 minutes. Cool.
Filling And Topping---In a Bowl, Beat The cream cheese And sugar Until Smooth. Fold in Whipped Topping. Spread Mixture Over Crust. in a 2nd Bowl, Dissolve The gelatin in The Boiling water. Stir in strawberries. Place Over Larger Bowl of ice water, And Refrigerate Until Mixture Starts to Thicken Slightly. Spoon strawberry Mixture Over cream cheese Mixture. Refrigerate 4 Hours. to Serve--- Cut Into 16 Bars. *
