Stuffed Mushrooms

When I make these, I use chopped shrimp because I don't care for crab meat.



  1. Blend all ingredients except mushrooms.
  2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
  3. Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
  4. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes in a shallow buttered dish until hot and bubbly.
  6. Enjoy.
